All transcripts provided by Zoom are handled by real-live people with 30+ years' experience in taking audio or video recordings and turning them into text documents. We specialize in transcribing seminars, presentations, lectures, video/films, focus groups, meetings, as well as legal and medical transcription. If you can record it, we can transcribe it!

We do not use speech-to-text software and we never outsource to foreign countries.  We only employ transcriptionists for whom English is their primary language, and all of our transcriptionists must pass our rigorous testing process.  They have demonstrated proficiency in English grammar and punctuation, as well as medical/legal terminology when appropriate.  Our transcriptionists are required to proof to audio at least once after completing a transcript. This means that they actually listen to your dictation at least twice. It is again "proofed to audio" by one of our QA Editors. We believe this guarantees the highest degree of accuracy. We can accept files in virtually any audio or video format including mp3, mp2, wav, wma, dss, cd, dvd and all others. A toll-free 800# can also be provided if you prefer to dictate via telephone line. Transcripts will be in Microsoft Word format unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
